Keke's-Winter Park, FL

Have you ever had pina colada stuffed french toast?? Or a buffalo chicken omelet? If you have answered no to one or all of the above questions, chances are you haven't been to Winter Park's very own hot brunch spot, Keke's. The food, the people, and the bench rockers out front, all collaborate to make for a great brunch experience. Although they do not serve alcohol, sorry mimosa and bloody mary lovers, the lack of alcohol is made up for in the delicious menu options.

a formal introduction

Purpose: To share my extensive knowledge of those little local places and events that you probably wouldn't have found otherwise...as most don't advertise but stay open and keep happening yearly due to their local fans and simply word-of-mouth!

Why would anyone want to do this: Because I feel pretty passionately about sharing the knowledge of these things it has taken me close to ten years to experience!!

Mission: Spread the wealth and help spread the joy that these local treasures bring me.

A little about me: Hi, My name is Sam Malone. Although, I share the name of the beloved 80's sitcom Cheers bartender, I was actually a "Sam Malone", about 9 months prior to Ted Danson. I am a 3rd generation Floridian, but I have only been in Orlando about 10 years via UCF! Yes, I am a UCF grad, but my heart belongs to the Florida Gators! I love to travel, exercise, ski, hike, rock out to some non-mainstream music and experience new things. You can find me on Twitter, foursquare and of course facebook! I am not a wolfpack of one, but usually close to 15 most of the time. They are my small "family" of friends that often join me on my many journeys to experience everything this little town (and sometimes state and country) has to offer. We all share a love for adventures and traveling (and good beer). They are my wolfpack.
